Included in such an accepted assignment(s) are copies of all legal documents related to the subject property(s) to be appraised (including but not limited to: Offers to Purchase, Addenda, Deeds, Surveys, Plats, Covenants, Scope of Assignment, etc).
NOTE: Payment for services are NET at delivery, 1.50% per month thereafter.
